摘 要:[目的]为进一步研究啶酰菌胺对水生生物斑马鱼的毒性。[方法]采用半静态法,研究啶酰菌胺对斑马鱼胚胎及成鱼的毒性。[结果]急性试验中啶酰菌胺对斑马鱼胚胎及成鱼的96 h致死浓度(96 h-LC_(50))分别为:成鱼(1.84 mg/L)>胚胎(1.26 mg/L);胚胎的心跳次数和孵化率均随暴露浓度的增大而显著减小;酶活性试验中,啶酰菌胺质量浓度大于0.036 mg/L(环境中可检测浓度)时,成鱼肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量、荧光强度和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与对照组相比均差异显著。[结论]啶酰菌胺对斑马鱼胚胎及成鱼均表现为中等毒性,且对其胚胎和成鱼肝脏的发育有一定毒性作用。[Aims] The aims were to further study the toxicity ofboscalid to aquatic organisms of zebrafish. [Methods] The toxicity ofboscalid to adult zebrafish and embryos were determined by semi-static test. [Results] The acute toxicity of boscalid to embryos and adult zebrafish were measured and the corresponding LCs0 (96 h) values were as follows: adult fish (1.84 mg/L) 〉 embryos (1.26 mg/L). The heartbeat and rate of hatching of embryos decreased significantly with the increase of exposure concentration. When the concentration of boscalid was more than 0.036 mg/L (the detectable concentration in the environment), the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents, fluorescence intensity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the liver of fish was significantly different from the control. [Conclusions] The results suggested that the acute toxicity to embryos and adult zebrafish were medium, and it has developmental toxic effects on embryos and liver ofzebrafish up to some content.
