24例甲氨蝶呤致严重药品不良反应病例分析

摘　　要：采用数据回溯结合统计学方法,从国家药品不良反应监测中心筛选我院上报数据。通过整理、统计与分析,共筛选24例甲氨蝶呤致严重药品不良反应,女性患者占87.50%,主要累及患者肝胆系统的损害。研究为临床安全用药提供参考,建议增强药品不良反应监测意识,拓宽诊疗思路,降低患者药源性伤害。We used the data backtracking technology combined with statistical methods to screen out data reported by our hospital from the National Center for ADR Monitoring. Through sorting,counting and analyzing,we screened out 24 cases of serious ADR caused by methotrexate,among which female patients accounted for 87. 50 %,and mainly involving patients＇ liver system damage. This study provided reference for clinical safe drug use,and it was recommended that the medical staff raise awareness of ADR monitoring,broaden the vision of diagnosis and treatment,and reduce drug-induced harm for patients.
