摘 要:为探究薄壳山核桃"小脚"现象的导管分子特性,采用组织离析法与显微照相技术,观察以‘Mahan’品种为砧木,‘Pawnee’品种为接穗的嫁接苗与非嫁接苗(‘Mahan’)导管分子类型及大小。结果表明,与非嫁接苗相比,嫁接苗砧木根段不同尾类型导管分子数目未见变化,两端壁水平导管分子数目多38.46%;砧木茎段两端无尾导管分子数目多50.00%,砧木茎段两端壁水平导管分子数目多92.31%;砧木根段平均倾斜角度比根小36.57%、砧木茎段平均倾斜角度比茎下部小30.56%;砧木根段平均长度比根短12.62%,平均宽度比根小4.18%,砧木茎段平均长度比茎下部短3.89%,平均宽度比茎下部宽11.68%。综上所述,嫁接薄壳山核桃"小脚"现象可能与砧木根段和砧木茎段木质部导管分子的形态与大小变化有关。Taking Carya hunanensisy, Carya illinoinensis, Carya cathynes& as test material, the effects ofsimulated artificial drought stress with different concentration and osmotic potential of polyethylene glycol(PEG6000) on their physiological response was investigated. The results indicated that: with the decrease of os-motic potential, the relative water and chlorophyll content were both reduced. The decrease of the relative water inCarya cathynesis was smaller than it in Carya hunanensisy and Carya illinoinensis. The values of POD, CAT andMDA had all declined in Carya hunanensisy while first increase and then decrease in Carya illinoinensis andCarya cathynesis. The peaks of POD,CAT and MDA of Carya cathynesis reached the maximum at 157.74U·g-1·min-1 0、45.65U·g-1·min-1 and 0.2667μmol·g-1 when osmosis potential at -0.75.These indicators of Carya illino-inensis showed at 211.2 U·g-1·min-1、60.67 U·g-1.min0 and 0.2280μmol·g-1 with the osmosis potential at -0.25.The ultrastmctral changes were in accordance with the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes inthree rootstocks leaves of Carya cathayensis. Under the same conditions, the damages of rootstocks leave physi-ology of Carya cathynesis was lighter than Carya hunanensisy and Carya illinoinensis. The tolerance to droughtof Carya cathynesis was the most drought resistant, followed by Carya illinoinensis, then Carya hunanensisy.
