摘　　要：本文通过对密闭鼓风炉放渣困难故障的研究,采取合理调整物料成分配比,消除物料等方面的不利影响,在操作上采用"风口吹氧熔融炉缸内炉渣隔层"新方法,解决了ISP放渣困难的故障率,降低炉前放渣操作难度,提高ISP的送风率。Based on the study of fault of ISF difficulty in slag flushoff, rational material composition was chosen to eliminate the adverse effects in materials. The new methods of ＂wind-blown oxygen melting furnace slag in the cylinder compartment＂ is used in the operation to reduce the ISP flushoff failure rate and the flushoff operation difficulty, and to increase the air supply rate of ISP.
