摘　　要：从集团公司动力能源管理的现状来看,计量工作重要性认识不够、计量体系不完善、制度不健全、计量检测技术落后等因素,造成能源管理工作无法满足企业有效、合理的利用资源,提高能源利用效率的需求,为满足企业生产发展的需要,加强能源计量管理刻不容缓。In view of the dynamic energy management status in the group, due to the factors such as disappreciation of measurement work, imperfection of the measurement system, unsound management systems and poor measuring technology etc, the energy management could not meetthe reqirement of effective and rational utilization of resources, and improvement of energy efficiency. In order to meet the needs of enterprise development, the management of energy resources measurement should be strengthened without delay.
