摘　　要：介绍WSA制酸工艺中废热锅炉汽包液位测量的设计、选型及优化改进,阐述了如何使用智能差压变送器,实现对锅炉汽包水位的安全、可靠、准确的测量与控制,包括引压管的铺设、变送器安装、量程设定、零点迁移和调试技巧。This paper introduces the design, selectionand improvement of liquid level meter of boiler drum in the process of WSA Sulphuric acid production, how to safe, reliable and accurate measurement and control the liquid level of boiler drum by using smart differential pressure ns- rnitter,including Laying of pipelines, Installation, rangesetting, zero shift anddebugging skills of the transmitter.
