口腔藻酸盐印模消毒方法与效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔藻酸盐印模的有效消毒方法。方法选择医院口腔科2014年6月至2015年12月收治的行藻酸盐印模灌注口腔修复的患者80例,所有患者印模材料及配置方法均相同,并制备乙肝病毒污染的样本。将80例患者的藻酸盐印模均分为4组,即84消毒液组、戊二醛组、酒精组和未消毒组,各20例。观察4组患者的消毒效果及乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)灭活效果。结果消毒效果,84消毒液组和戊二醛组均为100.00%,酒精组为90.00%,未消毒组为0,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);84消毒液组HBsAg灭活成功率最高(100.00%),显著高于戊二醛组(90.00%)、酒精组(85.00%)和未消毒组(0),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔藻酸盐印模采用84消毒液浸泡方式的消毒效果和HBs Ag灭活效果最好,但需根据实际情况选择最合理的消毒方法。Objective To investigate the effective disinfection method of alginate impression. Method 80 cases of patients with dental alginate impression perfusion from June 2014 to December 2015 in the hospital were selected. The impression materials and methods of all patients were the same, and the preparation of hepatitis B virus contaminated samples were made. The patients were divided into 4 groups,i, e. ,the 84 disinfectant group （20 cases）,glutaraldehyde group （20 cases）,alcohol group （20 cases） and non-sterile group （20 cases）. The disinfection effect and the inactivation effect of HBsAg in the 4 groups were observed. Results For the disinfection effect,the disinfection qualified rate in the 84 disinfection solution group and the glutaraldehyde group were both 100.00% ,the alcohol group was 90. 00% and the non-disinfection group was O,the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. For the success rate of HBsAg inactivation,84 disinfection solution group was the highest with 100. 00% ,which was significantly higher than that of glutaraldehyde group （90.00%）, alcohol group （85.00%） and non- disinfection group （0）, the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oral alginate impression with 84 disinfectant solution has the best disinfection and HBsAg inactivation effect, but it also should be used according to the actual situation with the most reasonable method of disinfection.
