摘　　要：目的探讨中成药处方点评的意义及方法,促进合理用药。方法分析中成药处方点评的必要性;从中成药处方点评的依据、抽样、点评内容探讨中成药处方点评的方法;处方点评后,就不合理用药处方与医生沟通,并督促其改正。结果与结论实施中成药处方点评后,医院中成药不合理使用现象逐渐减少,医生合理使用中成药的意识逐渐增强。Objective To explore the meaning and method of Chinese patent medicine prescription review. Methods The necessity of the review of Chinese patent medicine prescription was analyzed; the methods of prescription review of Chinese patent medicines from the basis of prescriptions were discussed through the basis, sampling and review contents;the unreasonable parts in the prescription were urged to be corrected by the clinicians after communication. Results and Conclusion After the implementation of prescription reviews, the irrational use of proprietary Chinese medicine is in gradual reduction,and the doctors＇ awareness of rational use of proprietary Chinese medicine rises.
