摘　　要：介绍了用于完成柴油机机体精镗主轴承孔、凸轮轴孔、定位销孔的数控专机专用夹具的设计思想。以高精度、高效率为原则,通过合理设计夹具结构,制造出了完全符合工艺要求,满足用户需求的专用夹具。This paper has introduced the design idea on the CNC machine special fixture for finish boring the main bearing hole , camshaft hole and positioning pin hole of the diesel engine block .Based on a principle of high precision and high efficiency , the special fixture fulfilled technological requirements and clients demands has been manufactured by reasonably designing fixture structure .
