摘 要:通过实验分析304不锈钢晶粒度、硬度、酸洗板表面粗糙度与热轧板退火温度的关系,结果表明:304不锈钢退火温度在1 130℃时,晶粒尺寸显著增大,硬度明显降低,酸洗板表面粗糙度增加。因此建议304不锈钢退火温度控制在1 130℃以下。The relationship between grain size and hardness of 304 stainless steel , surface roughness of pickling plate and annealing temperature of hot rolled plate has been analyzed by experiments .The results showed that the grain size increased significantly , and the hardness decreased obviously and the surface roughness of pickling plate increased when annealing temperature of 304 stainless steel was 1 130℃.So the annealing temperature of 304 stainless steel is suggested to be controlled below 1 130℃.
