孕产妇个性与妊娠结局之间的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:分析孕产妇个性与妊娠结局间的相关性。方法:选取2015年1月—2015年12月分娩的260例孕产妇,对孕妇临床资料进行分析,并对孕产妇个性与妊娠结局间的相关性进行研究。结果:孕产妇产程与开放性、外向性、谨慎性呈负相关,而孕妇结局则与其呈正相关;孕产妇产程与协作性、神经质呈正相关,而妊娠结局则与其呈负相关。结论:孕产妇个性与妊娠结局有较为密切的关联,若孕产妇情绪不稳定或较为内向,需进行针对性的心理干预,以有效改善孕产妇的分娩结局。Objective：To study the correlation between maternal personality and pregnancy outcome. Methods：To study 260 cases of pregnant women in hospital,the clinical data of pregnant women were analyzed,and the study of the correlation between maternal personality and pregnancy outcome. Results：Maternal labor was negatively correlated with openness,openness and caution,but the outcome of pregnant women was positively correlated with maternal outcomes. Maternal labor was positively related to the relationship between the positive and the negative,and the pregnancy outcome was negatively correlated. Conclu-sion：Maternal personality associated closely with pregnancy outcome,if maternal emotional instability or more introverted,need targeted psychological intervention to improve the maternal birth outcomes.
