摘　　要：以萨提亚家庭治疗模式为理论基础,以团体干预为途径,用共识质性分析法分析咨询师被试参与团体后个人成长的成效及影响来源。结果显示:团体对于促进咨询师个人成长起到正向作用,能触及深层"自己(self)",带来整体全面的改变,成长成效内容涉及个人内在、原生家庭和人际关系三个系统;被试成长的主要影响来源为团体中的练习、体验、观察,团体带领者跟自己的直接互动,固定三人小组的工作。It is about a research of how to improve psycho-counselors personal-growth in order to find some practical solutions and give some advices. This research was based on the theory of Satir family therapy model and the technique of group counseling. It used Consensual Qualitative Research for analyzing group members＇ perception about their own personal-growth and the causation of their growth. The results and conclusions are： the group counseling plan and implement in this research has positive effects on psycho-coun- selors personal growth, which brings overall transformation including their inner system, intra-personal system and original family system; this group makes changes on every level in inner system and profoundly improving on the deep level of ＂self＂ ; 3. Practicing, ex- periencing and observation in group, high quality group leader and fixed member tri-group working is perceived as the main causations of their growth.
