克氏针经皮撬拨治疗JudetⅡ型桡骨颈骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨克氏针经皮撬拨治疗Judet Ⅱ型桡骨颈骨折的疗效。方法2012年7月～2014年11月，通过应用克氏针经皮撬拨复位治疗9例JudetⅡ型桡骨颈骨折，根据Mayo肘关节功能评分（Mayo elbow performancescore，MEPS）和疼痛视觉模拟（VAs）评分进行疗效评判。结果9例患者均获得随访，末次随访时MEPS评分及VAS评分与术前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05），其中按MEPS评分优8例，良1例，中、差0例，整体优良率100％。结论克氏针经皮撬拨治疗JudetⅡ型桡骨颈骨折具有良好的临床疗效，是有效的治疗方法之一。Objective To investigate the curative effect and clinical outcome by poking reduction with Kirschner wires on Judet type Ⅱ radial neck fracture. Methods From Ju12012 to Nov 2014,9 patients with Judet type Ⅱ radial neck fracture were treated by poking reduction with Kirschner wires. The elbow function was assessed by Mayo elbow performance score （MEPS） and Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）. Results All the 9 cases were followed up. The post-operative MEPS score was higher and VAS score was lower than preoperative, which had signiicant diference （P〈0.05）. According to MEPS evaluation, 8 patients were classified as excellent, 1 as good, the excellent and good rates were 100%. Conclusion The curative effect of poking reduction with Kirschner wires is definite in the treatment of Judet type Ⅱ radial neck frac- ture, and has satisfactory outcome.
