补中益气汤治疗稳定期重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补中益气汤治疗稳定期重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的临床疗效。方法:98例稳定期重度COPD患者按照随机对照原则分为观察组(49例)与对照组(49例)。对照组予以噻托溴铵,观察组予以补中益气汤配合疗法。疗程为12周,比较两组患者肺功能和生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者肺功能有较大程度提高,提高水平优于对照组结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的Pa O2和Sa O2提升明显,且观察组提升幅度明显高于对照组,而对照组Pa CO2显著高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,观察组6分钟步行距离明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者SGRQ和BORQ评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的降幅高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤治疗稳定期重度COPD疗效显著,能提高患者肺功能及运动耐量,且能提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating severe stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）. Methods： 98 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into observation group（ 49 cases） and control group（ 49 cases） in a randomized,controlled study. The control group was given tiotropium bromide,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction. The course of treatment was 12 weeks,and the lung function and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment,the lung function of the observation group was significantly improved,and the level of improvement was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Compared with before treatment,the two groups of patients after treatment of Pa O2 and SaO 2were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,while the control group Pa CO2 was significantly higher than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After 12 weeks of treatment,6 minutes walking distance of the observation group was significantly greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Compared with before treatment,the two groups of patients with SGRQ and BORQ scores were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of severe COPD in stable phase is significant,which can improve the pulmonaryfunction and exercise tolerance of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
