摘　　要：李七一教授指出心悸属本虚标实之证,并依据多年临床治疗实践,结合八纲辨证,归纳机转,即:素体虚弱、饮食失常或情志失调,使心之气血阴阳失衡,一则导致心之阳气不足,鼓动乏力,运行失调,气滞血瘀,心脉不通,则生惊悸;二则导致心之阴血不足,濡养心脏不力,心失养而不正,悸动不宁;三则导致阴虚火炽,痰火内盛,扰乱心神,心悸不安。邪气犯心常见有火、寒、痰、瘀、气滞诸因,火则迫心,寒则遏心,痰瘀气滞,则阻心络,而致心气逆乱。李教授在临床治疗心悸的辨治实践中,既区分标本虚实、气血脏腑的病变,又坚持辨证求机、八法论治,即:益气滋阴、宁神安脉法;滋阴降火、养心定脉法;益气温阳、安神定悸法;活血化瘀、宽胸通脉法;疏肝理气、舒心平脉法;清热化痰、泄浊宁脉法;心胃同治、理气和脉法;清热解表、宁心正脉法。Professor Li Qiyi point out that the heart palpitations are the syndrome of deficiency of the heart,and from many years of clinical practice,combined with the eight principles of syndrome differentiation,induction machine,namely： debility,eating disorders or emotional disorders,lead to heart Qi and blood,Yin and Yang imbalance,firstly heart Yang deficiency,agitation fatigue,operation disorders,blood stasis,heart meridian barrier,then palpitation is born; secondly,causes the heart Yin and blood deficiency,nourishing heart weak,heart lack of nourishing,restless throbbing; thirdly,Yin asthenia causing fire,excessive phlegm-fire inside,disturbing mind,heart palpitations. Evil invading heart common have reasons such as fire,cold,phlegm,blood stasis,Qi stagnation,then fire burning heart,cold affecting heart,phlegm and blood stasis,Qi stagnation,Qi blocking heart collaterals,and reversed flow of heart Qi. Professor Li＇s practice in clinical treatment of palpitation,differentiate specimens of the actual situation,viscera Qi and blood disease,and adhere to syndrome differentiation and treatment based on eight methods. Namely： invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin,stable mind method; nourishing Yin for lowering fire,nourishing heart method; invigorating Qi and warming Yang,stable mind method; promoting circulation and removing stasis,relieving chest stuffiness method; relief liver for smooth Qi,soothing heart method; eliminating phlegm by cooling,rushing down turbidity method; synchronic treating heart and stomach,regulating qi method; clearing away heat and relieving exterior,calming nerves method. The effect is significant.
