摘 要:目的:比较泛油对千金子中秦皮乙素含量的影响。方法:将千金子种仁分为重、中、轻度泛油及未泛油4个等级,采用精密色差仪测定黄度值,采用实验室已建立的高效液相色谱法测定秦皮乙素含量。结果:千金子种仁泛油后颜色逐渐加深;秦皮乙素平均含量:重度泛油种仁0.003 5%>中度泛油种仁0.001 2%>轻度泛油种仁0.001 1%≈未泛油种仁0.001 1%。结论:千金子泛油后秦皮乙素含量升高,不仅为进一步控制千金子质量提供依据,亦为临床用药提供参考。Objective: To compare the impact of oil-releasing on the content of aesculetin in Semen Euphorbiae. Methods: The Semen Euphorbiae seed kernels were divided into four degrees,and the yellow degree value of the four degrees of Semen Euphorbiae in seed kernel were measured with precision chromatic meter. The content of aesculetin in four degrees of Semen Euphorbiae in seed kernel were determined by HPLC. Results: The average concent of aesculetin in four degrees of oil-releasing Semen Euphorbiae in seed kernel were as followings: Severe oil-releasing Semen Euphorbiae in seed kernel( 0. 003 5%) is the greatest,that of moderate oil-releasing( 0. 001 2%) is greater compared with that of mild oil-releasing( 0. 001 1%),which is almost the same as the normal Semen Euphorbiae in seed kernel( 0. 001 1%). Conclusion: The colour of oil-releasing Semen Euphorbiae is darker and the content of aesculetin of oil-releasing Semen Euphorbiae in seed kernel was improved,which not only provides standard in further control of the quality of Semen Euphorbiae but also provides a reference for clinical medicine application.
