芫荽化学、药理及临床应用特点分析

摘　　要：芫荽中含有脂肪醛,香豆素,挥发油、氨基酸、维生素等化学成分,具有降血糖,抗氧化,抗焦虑,利尿,降低胆固醇等药理作用,在现代临床应用中,常用来治疗高血压、小肠炽热等多种疾病,疗效显著。临床上也有一定的食疗作用,如治疗消化不良、疹痘、眼角膜生翳等。芫荽具有良好的药理活性,应积极开发芫荽的综合利用(如芫荽挥发油的抗菌作用)以及芫荽在食品工业上的应用(如可作为食用油、抗氧剂等)。Fatty aldehyde is contained in coriander,coumarin,volatile oil,amino acids,vitamins,such as chemical composition,hypoglycemic,antioxidant,anti anxiety,diuresis,lower cholesterol and other pharmacological effects; In the modern clinical application,commonly used to treat high blood pressure,a variety of diseases such as measles,small intestine hot,and played a good role.Clinically have certain dietotherapy function,such as treatment of indigestion,spots,cornea born etc. Coriander has good pharmacological activities,we should actively develop comprehensive utilization of coriander（ such as antibacterial effects of coriander volatile oils,and cilantro in the food industry applications（ such as as cooking oil,antioxidant,etc.） should be the focus of future research.
