摘　　要：目前,对葛花的药理研究主要集中于葛花异黄酮的解酒护肝、影响乙醇代谢吸收、抗氧化、抗肿瘤方面,葛花苷降血糖血脂,以及葛花抗脑缺血的研究,机制深浅不一,较为混乱,重点缺少葛花对机体的作用靶点研究,并且天然药物化学成分药理作用很难与化学药物作用等同,因此应该对其药理作用机制、大脑通路以及作用靶点进行系统性、有层次的研究。同时,葛花对心肌细胞组织和脑组织的保护作用、抗脑缺血、调节胃肠道中肠道菌群革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌比例的研究较为鲜见。因此,有必要运用现代的药理研究方法,分离具有药理活性的葛花有效成分,明确其作用机制,探讨其作用靶点。这将成为葛花未来研究的重点,分离其有效成分和明确作用机制及作用靶点成为重中之重,为研发葛花其他临床新药提供科学依据。At present,the pharmacological research on the Flos Puerariae Lobatae is mainly focused on the anti-alcoholic liver protective effect of the isoflavone,the effect on ethanol metabolism,antioxidant,anti-tumor and glycyrrhizin hypoglycemic blood lipid.The mechanism of Flos Puerariae Lobatae is irregular and chaotic of shades,more chaotic,especially lacking the research on organic target focusing on the lack. Moreover,pharmacological effects of natural chemical constituents and chemical drugs is difficult to match,so we should conduct systematic and hierarchical research on its pharmacological mechanisms,brain pathways and targets To carry out systematic and hierarchical research. At the same time,the protective effect of Flos Puerariae Lobatae on cardiomyocyte and brain tissue,anti-cerebral ischemia,regulating the ratio of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria in gastrointestinal tract are rare. Therefore,it is necessary to use the modern pharmacological research methods to separate the active ingredients of Flos Puerariae Lobatae with pharmacological activity,clarify the mechanism of action and explore its potential targets. This will become the focus of the future research,and provide scientific basis for the exploitation of other Flos Puerariae Lobatae related new medicine by separating its effective components,clarifying the mechanism of action and exploring potential.
