甲状腺功能亢进症的针灸取穴规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进症的针灸取穴规律。方法:检索22部古代典籍和11本现代中文期刊,对其中有关针灸治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的文献进行整理,将符合纳入标准的穴位进行归纳。结果:筛选出古代文献108条原文,涉及11条经脉,32个穴位,157穴次;现代文献79篇文章,涉及14条经脉,100个穴位,651穴次。经过分析,初步总结出现代临床针灸治疗本病的取穴规律,即经络诊察的取穴规律:常用经脉有足三阳经、手阳明大肠经、手厥阴心包经;常用部位是头面部、上肢部和下肢部;常用穴位有内关、足三里、三阴交、合谷、水突。结论:初步得出现代临床针灸治疗甲状腺功能亢进的取穴规律,同时也可作为甲状腺功能亢进经络诊察的取穴规律。将经络诊察结合四诊,能快速且准确地找到患者经络系统上的阳性反应点,指导经络辨证和治疗,有助于掌握疾病预后,提高疗效。Objective： To explore the rule of acupuncture and moxibustion in hyperthyroidism. Methods： 22 ancient books and 11 modern Chinese periodicals were searched,and the literatures about acupuncture and moxibustion in treating hyperthyroidism were sorted out,and the points that met the inclusion criteria were summarized. Results： The combination of selected ancient literature108 original,involving 11 meridians,32 points,157 points; modern literature 79 articles,involving 14 meridians,100 points,651 points. Through the analysis,summed up the preliminary rules of acupoints instead of acupuncture in the clinical treatment of this disease,the rules of selecting points on meridian diagnostic： common meridians are three yang meridians of foot,hand Yangming large intestine meridian,pericardium meridian; common site is the head and face,upper limb and lower limb; A commonly used acupoints Neiguan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and Hegu,Shuitu. Conclusion： The preliminary law of point selection for clinical acupuncture treatment of hyperthyroidism,also can be used as the rule of acupoint selection of hyperthyroidism meridian diagnostic. The meridian diagnostic with the four diagnostic methods can find patients with positive reaction point meridian system quickly and accurately on the guide meridian syndrome differentiation and treatment,helps to grasp the prognosis of the disease and improve the curative effect.
