旅游产业发展与生态文明城市建设的耦合协调研究

摘　　要：分析旅游产业发展与生态文明城市建设的耦合协调相互作用,选取武汉市2009-2014年旅游产业与生态文明城市相关数据为指标,采用熵值法赋权构建耦合协调模型,分析旅游产业发展与生态文明城市建设的耦合协调度,研究揭示武汉市旅游产业系统综合效益发展指数始终处于快速上升的态势,生态文明城市系统综合效益发展指数总体也呈现出上升的趋势,协调发展势头良好。据此提出相应的政策建议:加大旅游产业与生态文明城市指标测评中权重较大的指标建设;统筹协调旅游规划与生态文明城市建设相关规划之间的关系;推进旅游产业与其他产业的融合,强化生态文明城市建设的经济基础;综合整治生态环境,筑牢旅游产业发展的根基。This paper analyzed the coupling interaction between the development of tourism industry and the construction of eco-civilization city. We selected the relevant data of tourism industry and ecological civilized city in Wuhan from 2009 to 2014 as the index, used the entropy method to construct the coupling coordination model and analyzed the development of tourism industry and ecology. The research results show that the comprehensive efficiency index of the tourism industry system is always rising rapidly, and the comprehensive development index of eco-civilization city system also shows an upward trend, and the coordinated development trend is good. We put forward some corresponding policy recommendations on the basis of our analysis： We should in crease the index construction of the tourism industry and ecological civilization in the evaluation of indicators of a larger weight; we should make co-ordination of tourism planning and ecological civilization construction of the relationship between urban planning; we should promote the tourism industry and other industries and strengthen the ecological construction of the economic base of eco-civilization; and we should improve the ecological environment comprehensively and build a strong foundation for the the tourism industry development.
