互联网金融促进公众参与环保项目建设的可行性

摘　　要：现阶段政府主导的环保项目存在失效和权利缺位的风险,通过互联网金融模式解决环保项目建设的资金和监督问题是一种可行的方向,但目前并没有能得到广泛认可。通过研究现有环保领域运用互联网金融模式筹资存在的问题和原因,选择将P2P网络借贷和众筹两种互联网金融模式结合到环保PPP项目建设当中,探索一条促进公众参与环保项目建设的合适路径。Recently, there is the risk of the absence of authority in most of government-led environmental projects. It is a feasible direction to solve the problem of financing and supervising the construction of environmental projects through the internet financial model, which hasn＇t been widely used. This paper studies the existing problems and causes of environmental project financing using the internet financing model. CombiniNG P2P network lending and Crowd funding model into PPP projects, the paper explores a feasible route to promote public participation in environmental projects.
