中国对外经济关系发展路径的国际价值论

摘　　要："十三五"时期,中国只有在马克思主义国际价值理论指导下,深化中国特色社会主义市场经济体制改革,才能有效提高国际交换中的国际价值量。不同行业具有不同的规模经济、范围经济和技术创新能力等,它们在国际分工中创造或者转移国际价值量的能力也不同。分析表明,支柱行业应该坚持互利共赢发展路径,扩大对外开放,发挥比较优势;主导行业则应该选择国家竞争优势发展路径,适度对外开放,利用国家宏观调控培育和提升国家竞争优势;汇率体制改革路径以稳健为原则,在国家宏观调控下实施渐进的金融市场适度自由化改革。During the 13th. Five-year Plan, China should get accustomed to the domestic and overseas new development normal and deepen the institutional reform of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the international value theory of Maxism, which can help to increase the magnitude of the international value in the international exchanges. Due to the different economic effects, such as scale effects, scope effects, and technical innovation capacities of them, different industries share different abilities to create or transfer the international value magnitude in the background of the international division of labor. The study shows the pillars of the economy should persist in awin-win path, expand the opening up, and exert the comparative advantages.The leading industries should choose a development path with national competitive advantages, adopt a moderate opening policy, and cultivate and promote the national competitive edge with national macro-regulatory system. The institutional reform of exchange rate should adopt a moderate policy and the financial liberalization reform should be gradually conducted under the national macro-regulatory system.
