摘  要:为了解决自升式钻井平台在实际插桩过程中实际插桩深度与预测深度误差过大以及可能发生的穿刺问题,需要摸清自升式钻井平台插桩过程中桩靴周围土压力变化规律。为此,在渤海近岸处完成了多组插桩试验,试验利用土压力计测量插桩时桩腿周围应力变化。按照合理方案埋设土压力计,很好的完成了径向、切向和垂向土压力变化规律的研究,为海上钻井平台插桩设计和施工提供科学依据和指导。试验表明,插桩时,桩腿对周围土体的径向影响范围为桩靴直径的3倍,对周围土体的垂向影响范围大于插桩深度的3倍。In order to solve problem that the jack up fig's penetration depth has a large error between prediction and reality in the process of leg penetration, even punch-through happen. For the reason, a number of leg penetration test completed in the Bohai Sea coastal department to measure stress change around the leg. According to a reasonable plan to cover up soil pressure, finished study of radial, tangential and vertical variation very well, it provides scientific basis and guidance for desgin and construction of offshore drilling fig's leg penetration. Tests showed that legs' radial influence to the soil is 3 times of the spudcan's diameter, leg's the vertical influence to the soil is greater than 3 times of the penetration depth.
