摘　　要：文章研究了还原染料染色方法和染色工艺对色拔扎染图案色彩的影响。通过实验得出了适合还原染料色拔扎染的最佳工艺条件:保险粉(85%)浓度8.5g/L^13.5g/L,氢氧化钠(100%)浓度6.5g/L^13.5g/L,温度50℃~60℃,时间10min^20min,浴比:保险粉∶氢氧化钠1∶30。并创新了扎染的方法,提高了扎染产品的品质,为扎染工艺的研究提供了参考。Abstract： The paper tern and color. Through concentration of sodium （100%） of 6.5 g/L^13. studied the vat dyeing method and dyeing process conditions effected on pat- the experiments, the optimized technological conditions are shown that, the hydrosutfite（85%） of 6.5 g/L^13.5 g/L, the concentration of NaOH 5 g/L, temperature of 50 ℃~60 ℃, time of 10 min^20 min, bath ratio.sodium hydrosulfite（85%） NaOH（100%） of 1 ： 30. It innovated the method, enhanced the quality, provided references for studying the technology of tie-dyeing.
