手摇横机针织面料的开发及其应用

摘　　要：在普通手摇横机上利用开关功能开发时尚的针织面料,分析三维立体、仿毛圈以及衬纬组织针织面料的编织工艺与编织方法。阐述在针织面料开发过程中,结合流行趋势、熟练操作手摇横机、灵活应用纱线特性、变化织针的运针手法,可以创造出富有生命力的针织面料。在针织服装创作过程中,手摇横机比电脑横机更为灵活与方便。文章结合面料的视觉效果和面料特性,研究其在针织服装上的设计及应用,旨在对针织服装设计师及工艺师对手摇横机的面料开发有更深一步探索,使其功能得以充分的发挥。This article introduces the development of fashion knitting fabrics, good at using the switch of the hand flat knitting machine. It also analyses knitting technology and knitting method of the three-dimensional stitch, imitative pile stitch and weft laid-in stitch. The paper explains that vitality of knitting fabrics can be created through skillfully operating the machine, using all sorts of yarns, the research of the fashion trend and knitting skills, in the course of developing fabrics. Hand flat machines are used more conveniently than the computerized flat machine, when creating the knitting garments. It＇ s helpful for sweater designer and technologist to have further understanding the development of knitting fabrics that knitted by the hand fiat machine.
