摘  要:为了研究超声波对微铸件表面形貌、微观结构及显微硬度的影响,在ITO导电玻璃上采用超声-脉冲电沉积方法制备出Ni微铸件。利用电子扫描显微镜观察微铸件的微观形貌,利用X-射线衍射分析超声波对微铸件微观结构的影响,利用纳米压痕法测试显微硬度。结果表明,超声波不仅能改善铸件微观形貌、细化晶粒,而且能提高镀层的显微硬度。In order to study the effects of ultrasonic wave on the surface morphology,microstructure and micro hardness of the micro electroforming parts,the micro electroforming nickel parts were prepared on Indium Tin Oxides( ITO) conducting glass substrate by ultrasonic pulse eletrodeposition method. The surface morphology and microstructure were observed by SEM,the effects of the micro wave on the microstructure were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and the micro hardness was tested by nano indentation method. The results showed that the application of ultrasonic wave not only could improve the microstructure and refine the grain size,but also could increase the micro hardness of the coating.
