摘 要:结合某沥青混凝土心墙工程,对其施工现场碾压试验段结合面分别采取直接涂刷冷底子油、高温热骨料加热、液化气喷枪加热三种不同的处理方法进行了研究。试验结果表明:采用高温热骨料加热的方法,沥青混凝土的层间结合面有更强的粘结能力和更好的温度提升效果。三种不同处理方法下结合面的剪应力分别达到本体的77.2%、91.7%、83.3%。方案二结合面的强度没有明显下降,结合面质量可以得到保证。因此,推荐施工现场采用高温热骨料加热的方法。Combined with the construction of a roller compacted asphalt concrete core, three methods for the treating the bonding surface of the in-situ rolling construction trial section, i.e. directly brushing cold base oil, aggregate heating with high tempera- ture and heating with liquified gas fire spray gun, are studied herein. The test result shows that if the method of aggregate heating with high temperature is adopted, stronger bonding capacity and better temperature rise are to be obtained for the inter-layer sur- face of the asphalt concrete. The shear stresses of the bonding surface treated with these three different methods reach 77.2% , 91.7%, 83.3% of the shear stress of the concrete itself respectively. There is no obvious descrease of the strength of the bond- ing surface treated with the scheme Ⅱ, and then the quality of the bonding surface can be ensured. Therefore, the method of ag- gregate heating with high temperature is recommended for the in-situ construction.
