PCCP管道技术应用进展及国际化接轨若干问题探讨

摘　　要：结合PCCP管道国内外应用实践,全面、系统地研究分析了PCCP管道应用进展及现状,比较了CECS140(中国标准:给水排水工程埋地管芯缠丝预应力混凝土管和预应力钢筒混凝土管管道结构设计规程)、ANSI/AWWA(美国国家标准:预应力钢筒混凝土压力管)规范在设计标准、产品质量标准、安装标准、质量评定标准等方面差异性。分析了PCCP管道在设计、施工、运行及研究成果等方面存在的问题,并提出了有关研究建议。通过比较PCCP管道中、美设计标准理念的差异性,提出了国内行业制定PCCP管道设计标准与国际标准衔接的若干建议,以期促进PCCP管道技术提升、提高中国承包商在国际工程市场中的竞争力。Combined with the application practices of the PCCP pipeline at home and abroad, the present status and progress of the application of the pipeline is comprehensively and systematically analyzed, and then the discrepancies in the aspects of design standards, product quality standards, installation standards, quality assessment criteria, etc. between CECS140 （Specification for Structural Design of Buried Prestressed Concrete Pipeline of Water Supply and Sewerage Engineering） and ANSI/AWWA （AWWA Standard for Prestressed Concrete Pressure Pipe, Cylinder Type） are analyzed as well. Furthermore, the problems in the aspects of the design, construction, operation and study achievements of the PCCP pipeline are analyzed, while some rele- vant study proposals are put forward. Through the comparison made on the discrepancy between the Sino--US concepts of the de- sign standard, several suggestions on the cohesion between the Chinese standards and the international standards for design of the PCCP are proposed, so as to upgrade the technical level of the PCCP, thus enhance competitive strengths for the Chinese con- tractors in the international engineering market.
