摘 要:为了解决传统洗衣机存在功能单一、洗涤效率低、卫生状况差等问题,本文结合传感器、电力电子以及智能控制技术,设计了一种基于三菱FX2N-32MR型PLC的工业洗衣机控制系统,该系统包括主回路控制电路、PLC控制电路以及软件系统3个部分,具有手动、自动两种操作模式,能够满足不同织物和用户个性化需求,最后制作了样机并且进行了测试,测试结果表明该洗衣机系统洗净度达到0.95、含水率达0.5%、细菌数量低、操作简单、智能化程度高、成本低廉,达到了预期效果,具有一定的使用价值。In order to solve the problem with single function, lower washing efficiency and poor health in traditional washing machine, the design of industrial washing machine control system based on Mitsubishi FX2N-32MR PLC is designed in this paper, sensors, power electronics and intelligent control technology is used in the system.It consists of three parts:the main circuit,PLC control circuit and software,there are manual and automatic two modes to meet different needs of individual unsers in the system ,Further more,prototype is made and made a test,the results of the test on washing machine shows that cleanliness reached 0.95,water rate of 0.5%,low number of bacteria, simple operation,highly intelligentized and low cost, and achieve the desired effect. It has some use value.
