摘　　要：基于减少电力系统中SCADA系统和视频与环境监控系统的联动手动操作复杂度的目的，本文提出一种联动融合方法减少操作的复杂度和误差率。该方法通过构建控制协议和联动信号的方式将两个系统有效地进行融合。通过在某电力局中实验，结果显示这种方法提高事件数量6%~15%，降低误差率7%~10%。For the purpose to reduce the manual operation complexity of the linkage of the video environment monitoring system and the SCADA system in the power system, this paper presents a linkage application method of the systems to reduce the complexity of the operation and the error rate. The experments have processes in a certain power bureau.The result of experments shows that this method can improve the number of the events 6%~15%and reduce the error rate 7%~10%.
