摘 要:采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术研究了环氧防锈漆经实海浸泡试验和质量分数3.5%NaCl溶液浸泡试验、盐雾试验2种实验室模拟试验后的电化学行为,测量了涂层试样在3种腐蚀环境中0.01 Hz低频阻抗(|Z|0.01 Hz),探究了实海浸泡试验和两种实验室模拟试验的相关性。结果表明:|Z|0.01 Hz在3种试验环境中的变化趋势相同,实海浸泡试验和2种实验室模拟试验的试验结果具有很好的相关性;3种试验环境对涂层破坏作用由小到大依次为:3.5%NaCl溶液浸泡试验<实海浸泡试验<盐雾试验。Electrochemical behaviors of an epoxy coating in real sea immersion test, 3. 5% (mass) NaCl solution immersion test and salt spray test were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Coating impedance in low frequency of 0. 01 Hz (|Z|0.01 Hz) were tested in the 3 kinds of corrosion environments, and the relationships between real sea immersion test and 2 types of laboratory experiments were also analyzed. The results indicated that the trends of |Z| 0.01 Hz in 3 kinds of corrosion environments were similar. The results from real sea immersion test and 2 types of laboratory experiments were correlated well, and the order of the damaging effect of the three corrosive environments on coating was as follows: 3.5 % NaCl solution 〈 seawater immersion experiment〈 salt spray.
