摘 要:通过室内模拟试验探讨了接地材料的极化特性及其对管道阴极保护电流需求量的影响,同时也研究接地极与管道的间距对管道极化电位的影响。结果表明:接地材料为接地模块、铜包钢、锌包钢时,体系对阴极保护电流的需求量依次降低,锌包钢作为接地材料的服役性能更优越。当接地极与试片的间距超过试样直径的5倍时,对试样极化电位基本不变,即对试样极化电位的影响可以忽略。Polarization characteristics of various grounding materials were measured in laboratory and then the effect of grounding materials on cathodic protection current demand of pipeline was discussed. Moreover, the effect of space between grounding and pipeline on polarization potential was studied by indoor simulation experiments. The results indicated that cathodic protection current demand decreased in turn, when the grounding material was grounding module, copper clad steel and zinc clad steel. Among them, the zinc clad steel was the best material for grounding. When the space between grounding and pipeline was beyond 5 times of sample diameter, the polarization potential of sample stayed stable, indicating that the effect of space was negligible.
