摘  要:通过对汽油加氢脱硫装置加热炉引风机系统腐蚀产物的现场目测、操作条件和介质组成的考察,探讨了该系统的腐蚀原因。结果表明:汽油加氢脱硫装置加热炉引风机系统腐蚀的原因是烟气中的硫化物在低温条件下形成的露点腐蚀,并对此具体问题提出了相应的防护措施。The corrosion reasons for the induced draft fan system of heating furnace in a gasoline hydro- desulfurization unit were studied through on-site observation of the corrosion products and investigation of operating conditions and medium composition. The results show that dew point corrosion of sulfur compounds in flue gas at low temperature was the main reason for system corrosion. And some corresponding protective measures were propounded to solve this problem.
