摘 要:利用自制等温立式管式炉,通过改变混合比例(石英砂/半焦)、温度、氧气体积分数,对半焦进行燃烧试验,分析研究了半焦在高炉喷吹过程中风口前燃烧时NO的生成特性。结果表明:石英砂与半焦混合比为50%时,颗粒间相互作用及NO与焦炭之间二次还原反应最弱;随着燃烧温度升高,既加快了半焦燃烧反应,又缩短了NO生成时间(最大约80s),促进了NO还原过程,使NO生成量减少;氧气体积分数的增加延长了NO的持续时间,而对NO生成总量影响并不明显。The isothermal vertical tube furnace was used to study the semi-coke combustion with different mixing ratios (quartz sand/semi-coke),temperatures and oxygen concentrations.The characteristics of NO formation in the blast furnace burning before tuyere was investigated.The results show that the interaction of particles and the secondary reduction reaction between NO and carbon are the weakest under the mixing ratio of 50%.The combus-tion reaction rate is speeded up,and the time of NO generated is shortened (the maximum time was about 80 s) with increasing temperature,so the NO reduction process is promoted,which makes the formation of NO de-crease;the time of NO production was extended with the increase of oxygen volume fraction,but the total NO generated was not affected obviously.
