舒适护理模式对下肢骨折患者术后疼痛及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理模式对下肢骨折患者术后疼痛及护理工作满意度的影响,为健康教育、临床治疗与护理提供参考。方法 2012年1月至2013年12月238例下肢骨折内固定术后患者,118例(对照组)采取常规护理,120例(试验组)采用舒适护理模式。比较2组患者术后疼痛程度及患者对护理工作满意度。结果 2组患者术后24、48和72h疼痛评分试验组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=12.943,t=16.274,t=14.188,P<0.05)。2组患者满意度分布差异具有统计学意义(趋势χ2=18.752,P=0.001)。结论舒适护理模式可以缓解骨折患者术后疼痛程度,提高护理工作满意度。Objective To discuss the influences of comfort care model on pain and satisfaction with nursing in patients with lower extremity fractures,and to provide a reference for health edu-cation,clinical treatment and nursing.Methods From Jan 2012 to Dec 2013,238 patients with lower extremity fractures were assigned to receive either routine care（control group,n=118）or comfort care（experimental group,n= 120）after internal fixation.Postoperative pain and patient satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,VAS scores significantly decreased in experimental group 24,48 and 72 hours after operation（t=12.943,t=16.274 and t=14.188,respectively;P 〈0.05）.In addition,the difference in distribution of patient satisfaction with nursing care was significant between the two groups （χ^2 =18.752,P =0.001）.Conclusion Comfort care model can relieve postoperative pain and im-prove satisfaction with nursing care in patients with lower extremity fractures.
