摘　　要：电压偏差是电能质量的一个主要指标,它直接影响用电设备的功能和寿命,因此在建筑电气的设计、安装和施工验收中应重视将用电电压调整到一合适的水平。文中从电压偏差产生原因、对用电设备的影响、配电变压器调压开关的电压调整作用等方面对这一建筑电气课题进行简要的陈述。Voltage deviation is a major index for measuring the power quality, which directly influences the function and service life of electric equipment. Therefore, during the electrical design, installation and construction acceptance of buildings, great importance shall be attached to adjusting the utilization voltage to a proper level. This topic on building electricity is briefly stated in this paper from such aspects as the cause of voltage deviation and its influence on electric equipment, as well as the voltage regulation function of voltage regulation switch of distribution transformer.
