摘  要:针对市场上不同类型保温装饰一体板,从保温芯材、饰面板、饰面涂层、施工工艺4个方面进行对比测试。结果表明,以真空STP板为保温芯材的保温装饰一体板,既可保证保温性能,又可控制防火等级和自重;发泡聚氨酯对铝板的粘结强度较高;以氟碳漆为涂层的装饰一体板耐人工老化性能相对优异;无机纤维板作为饰面板能满足多种涂饰效果;锚粘结合体系的施工方法可保证外保温系统整体安全性。In view of the different types of insulation decorative integration board on the market,comparison test carried out from the thermal insulation material,decorative board,decorative coating, and construction process. Results show that the decorative integration board consists of thermal insulation materials as vacuum STP plate both can ensure thermal insulation performance and control fire rating and weight. The bond strength is high when the foamed polyurethane bond at aluminum. The coating with fluorocarbon had excellent ageing resistance. Inorganic fiber board as decorative panel can meet a variety of decorative effect. The construction process for anchor combined systems can ensure the overall security of external insulation system.
