摘  要:在聚乙烯醇存在下的pH6.6磷酸氢二钠--柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液中,碳量子点与曙红Y(EY)的荧光共振能量转移,使EY的荧光增强。在该体系中,碳量子点作为能量供体,EY作为能量受体。当加入Au^3+后,体系中EY的荧光发生猝灭。且测得金的线性范围为0.34-39.20mg·L^-1,方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.17mg·L^-1。据此,将该反应体系应用于矿石中金量的测定。用标准加入法测定了该方法的回收率及精密度,测得回收率在98.8%-104%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.13%-0.17%之间。In a phosphate and citrate buffer medium of pH 6. 6 and in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, intensity of fluorescence of eosin Y (EY) was enhanced due to the transfer of fluorescence resonance energy between carbon quantum dots (CQDs) and EY, during which the CQDs acted as energy donor while EY acted as energy receptor. However, the fluorescence intensity of the system was quenched in the presence of Au^3+ ; and it was shown that linearity range was found between 0. 34 mg·L^-1 and 39.20 mg·L^-1 of Au^3+ , with detection limit (3s/k) of 0. 17 mg·L^-1. Based on these facts, a fluorescence spectrometric method was proposed for determination of gold in ores. Recovery and precision of the method were tested by standard addition method, giving values of recovery and RSD's (n=6) in the ranges of 98. 8%-104% and 0.13%-0. 17% respectively.
