摘  要:采用离子色谱法测定水果和蔬菜中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸的含量。水果或蔬菜样品10.0g经0.2mol·L^-1硫酸溶液10.0mL提取后,用二氯甲烷10.0mL萃取,二氯甲烷层再用35mmol·L^-1氢氧化钾溶液5.00mL反萃取,取水相,经AG-19保护柱及AS-19阴离子分离柱分离,以35mmol·L^-1氢氧化钾溶液淋洗色谱柱,所得淋出液采用抑制电导检测器检测。2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸的质量浓度在5.0mg·L^-1以内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.05mg·L^-1。加标回收率在93.6%-105%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.1%-5.5%之间。IC was applied to the determination of 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in fruits and vegetable. Sample of fruit or vegetable (10. 0g) was extracted with 10. 0 mL of 0. 2 mol·L^-1 H2SO4 solution, and then extracted with 10. 0 mL of dichlorornethane. The organic layer was reverse extracted with 5.00 rnL of 35 mmol·L^-1 KOH solution. The aqueous phase was separated on AG-19 protective column and AS19 anion separation column, and the analyte was eluted from the column with 35 mmol·L^-1 KOH solution. Inhibitorty conductivity detection was adopted in the determination. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid was kept in the range within 5. 0 mg·L^-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0. 05 mg·L^-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 93.6%-105%, and values of RSD's (n=6) found were in the range of 2.1%-5.5%.
