关于积极推进山西省直林区产业发展的思考

摘　　要：山西由省林业厅垂直管理的国有林场管理体制,在全国独一无二,保护了全省最精华的森林资源。在守护绿水青山的同时,山西省直属国有林场在不断探索利用丰富的森林资源优势,发展林业产业,变绿水青山为金山银山。文章总结了山西国有林场多年的探索经验。提出为国家提供木材战略储备、研究探索森林抚育出材及剩余物利用、发展森林旅游森林康养、发展林下经济等对策建议。The management system of state-owned forest farm which is managed by the Forestry Department of Shanxi Province, is unique in the whole country, and has protected the most essential forest resources of the whole province. The guardian of the beautiful scenery at the same time, directly under the Shanxi provincial state-owned forest farms continue to explore the use of forest rich resources, develop the forestry industry. This paper summariz- es the experience of Shanxi state-owned forest farm for many years, and promote the development of forestry in- dustry. Then put forward countermeasuresthat provide the national timber stand reserve research and explore the forest thinning and surplus material utilization, developforest tourism and rehabilitation, develop under-forest econ- omy andso on.
