摘　　要：要:在"大众创业万众创新"的作用背景下,创业成为人们寻求发展的新领域,而林农作为我国人口的重要组成部分,也是创业活动的重点关注对象。文章基于社会资本理论,引入知识溢出与吸收能力作为中间变量,运用结构方程模型探究家族资本对林农创业绩效的影响。研究结果显示,家族资本对于林农创业有着巨大的促进作用。基于此,文章提出构建农林创业的家族-林农二元结构体系,以最大化发挥家族资本对于农林创业绩效的作用。Entrepreneurship have become the new continent for people to search further development under the popular entrepreneurship and innovation strategy of China＇s central government. As the most important portion of China＇ s population, forest farmers is one of the most focused group for entrepreneurship. Based on the social capi- tal theories, this article introducing knowledge overflow and knowledge absorb ability as intermediate variables, us- ing SEM model to evaluate the effect of family capital to forest farmer＇ s entrepreneurship performance. The re- search indicates that family capital have a significant promoting effect on entrepreneurship performance. Therefore, the paper proposed a family-individual binary system to maximizing the effect that family capital promoting forest farmer＇s entrepreneurship performance.
