摘　　要：目的：建立湖南地区健康孕晚期人群纤维蛋白降解产物（FDP）的参考区间。方法：收集2014年1月至2015年12月在湖南省妇幼保健院孕检的672例单胎晚孕（≥28周）孕妇、416例双胎及多胎晚孕（≥28周）孕妇，采用免疫比浊法测定各组血浆FDP的浓度。另收集208例健康非孕妇女作为对照组。结果：晚孕孕妇血浆FDP含量明显高于非孕妇（P〈0．01），且双胎及多胎组显著高于同期单胎组（P〈0．01）。不同年龄段血浆FDP水平差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。健康晚孕妇女FDP水平95％的参考范围：单胎组：28～36周（包括28周）为〈9．76μg／mL，≥36周为〈10．96μg／mL；双胎及多胎组：28—32周（包括28周）为〈7．86μg／mL，32～36周（包括32周）为〈10．66μg／mL，≥36周为〈13．50μg／mL。结论：本研究初步建立了基于免疫比浊法的我省晚孕妇女血浆FDP的参考值范围，为临床预测产后出血提供了数据支持。Objective To establish reference intervals for FDP of heahhy pregnant women in late pregnancy in Hunan province. Methods 672 healthy singleton pregnancy women, 416 healthy twin pregnancy and muhiple pregnancy （≥28 weeks） who had received routine medical examination in the hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were involved in the research. 208 healthy non-pregnant women were selected as controls. Immune turbidimitrie method was used to detect the concentration of plasma FDP. Results The plasma levels of FDP in late pregnancy were higher than those of non pregnant women （P 〈 0.01 ）, while those of twin pregnancy and multiple pregnancy higher than those of singleton pregnancy. No significant differences were found between plasma levels of FDP in pregnant women of different ages （P 〉 0.05）. Reference FDP intervals for 95% pregnant women are as follows. Singleton pregnancy women： 28 - 36 weeks （including 28 weeks）： 〈 9.76 μg/mL; t〉36 weeks： 〈 10.96μg/mL; twin and multiple pregnancy： 28 -32 weeks （including 28 weeks）： 〈 7.86μg/mL; 32 - 36 weeks （including 32 weeks）： 〈 10.66 μg/mL; t〉 36 weeks：〈 13.50μg/mL. Conclusions In this study, the reference range for FDP of the late pregnant women in Hunan province was established based on immune turbidimitric method, which will provide data support for clinical prediction of postpartum hemorrhage.
