摘 要:通过模拟控轧控冷工艺,借助金相观察及力学性能测试,研究了550 MPa级抗震建筑钢不同终冷温度下双相组织的衍变规律,分析了影响试验钢力学性能变化的因素,讨论了试验钢屈强比变化的机理。结果表明:当终冷温度为440℃时,试验钢屈服强度、伸长率和屈强比良好,抗震性能最好。Through the simulation of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process, the dual phase microstructure evolution rules of 550 MPa grade earthquake resistant construction steel at different finish cooling temperatures were studied by means ofmetallographic examination and mechanical properties test. The factors affecting the mechanical properties of test steel were analyzed. The mechanism of the change of the yield ratio of the test steel was discussed. The results show that when the final cooling temperature is 440℃, the yield strength, elongation and yield ratio of the test steel are good, and the earthquake resistant property is the best.
