摘　　要：根据滚筒体组件图纸及验收要求进行了铸件结构分析和铸造工艺设计。使用铸造工艺仿真软件对预设的两种工艺方案进行模拟分析,确定了较优的工艺方案,并进行了铸件的实际生产验证。According to the rolling body drawing and requirements, the rolling body structure was analyzed and the casting process was designed. The two process plans were simulated by using the casting simulation software, the optimal process plan was determined, and the actual production verification of the casting was carried out.
