摘 要:采用原位统计分布分析(OPA)的方法,研究了非稳态浇铸时存在于IF钢铸坯表层的非金属夹杂物。研究发现,大部分大于10μm的非金属夹杂物存在于距离铸坯表层0.5~3.5 mm的亚表层,并且铸坯内部(距离铸坯表层逸4.5 mm处)的大型非金属夹杂物很少。同时,在高拉速下(1.4 m/min),即使拉速发生很小的变化都会导致非金属夹杂物大量增加。因此,在高拉速下,应避免拉速的变化或尽量降低变化速率。Non-metallic inclusion distribution in the surface layer of IF steel slab during unsteady casting was investigated which is using the original position statistic distribution analysis (OPA) method. The results show that most of non-metallic inclusion which is larger than 10 μm exists in the subsurface layer of 0.5-3.5 mm from the slab surface and little large non-metallic inclusion is found in the inner region more than 4.5 mm from the slab surface. Meanwhile, at high speed level (1.4 m/min), even a small change of pulling speed leads to a large increase of non metallic inclusion. Therefore, at high speed, the change of pulling speed should be avoided or reduce the change rate.
