摘  要:核岛主设备接管安全端部位长期承受高温、高压的交变复杂应力作用。虽然690镍基合金焊缝金属具有优异的耐腐蚀和力学性能,但接管安全端异种金属成分的不均匀性与突变是影响焊接接头力学性能的重要因素,尤其是焊缝与母材过渡区存在显著的成分梯度,成为焊接接头的薄弱地带。采用扫描电子显微镜结合透射电子显微镜,系统研究了焊接接头熔合线界面附近的组织结构及相组成,并通过能谱分析研究了异种金属焊接接头的主要合金元素过渡特征。The nozzle safe-end of nuclear key equipments serves in a severe condition of high pressure, high temperature and complex alternating stress over a long period of time. Although the 690 nickel-based welding metal has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, the composition unevenness and mutation of dissimilar metal of nozzle safe-end has a great effect on the mechanical properties of welded joint, especially there is significant composition transition at the transition zone between the weld and base metal, which is the weak zone of the welded joint. In this paper, SEM and TEM were used to research the microstructure and phase composition near the fusion line of the welded joint. Furthermore, the composition transition in the dissimilar metal welded joints was also studied by EDS.
