核电设备用埋弧焊焊剂CHF703HR1的研制

摘　　要：研制了一种适用于核电设备埋弧焊用烧结焊剂CHF703HR1,渣系为氟碱型CaF_2-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2,碱度为2.4。使用该焊剂配合焊丝CHW-SEF3HR1焊接18MND5钢板,工艺性能优良。在3种焊后热处理条件下,熔敷金属力学性能优异,熔敷金属扩散氢含量小于4.0mL/100g,完全满足设计要求。焊后热处理保温16h时,熔敷金属的综合性能达到最优值。A kind of agglomerated flux CHF703HR1 for submerged arc welding of nuclear power equipment was developed. The slag system is fluorine alkali type CaF2-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 and its alkalinity is 2.4. 18MND5 steel plate was welded with the flux and welding wire CHW-SEF3HR1. The result shows that the performance is good. Under the condition of 3 kinds of post weld heat treatment, the mechanical properties of deposited metal are excellent, and the diffusible hydrogen content is less that 4.0 mL/100 g, which fully meet the design requirements. The comprehensive performance of deposited metal after post weld heat treatment with 16 h achieves the optimal value.
