摘　　要：目的揭示老年痴呆患者照料者的负担程度,发现其影响因素。方法 2012年3月—2013年3月,利用自制基础资料调查表、Zarit护理负担量表(ZBI)对辽宁省沈阳市4家三级甲等医院住院的233例老年痴呆病人的家庭照料者进行调查,采用多元线性逐步回归分析探讨影响老年痴呆患者照料者负担的因素。结果 233例病人照料者中男性105人(45.06%),女性128(54.94%),照料者在护理负担ZBI平均得分为(57.56±13.45)分;多元线性回归分析结果表明,夜间觉醒次数、疾病类型、每周护理频次、是否与病人居住在一起及年龄与Zarit平均得分存在线性回归关系(P<0.05)。结论多数老年痴呆照料者承受轻中度照顾负担。夜间觉醒次数、疾病类型、每周护理频次、是否与病人居住在一起等是影响痴呆照料者负担的因素。Objective To evaluate caring burden of caregivers of senile dementia patients and to analyze influencing factors for the caregivers＇ burden. Methods Totally 233 adults （ ≥18 years old）providing care to senile dementia inpatients at least 6 months or more were recruited at 4 third-level hospitals in Shenyang city of Liaonig province with random sampling and surveyed with Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale （ZBI） and a self-designed questionnaire from March 2012 through March 2013. Multivariate step-wised linear regression was adopted to explore factors associated with the caregivers＇ caring burden. Results Of the 233 caregivers, 105 （45.06%） were male and 128 （54. 94% ） were female. The average ZBI score of the caregivers was 57.56 ± 13.45. The results of multivariate analysis revealed that influencing factors for caregivers＇ ZBI score included the frequency of noctumal awakening of the patient,dementia type of the patient,times of on nursing duty per week, whether living together with the patient, and the age of the caregiver （ P 〈 0. 05 for all）. Conclusion Most of the senile dementia caregivers bear mild-to-moderate care burden. Nocturnal awakening, dementia type, frequency on nursing duty per week, and whether living together with the patient are major influencing factors for the burden of senile dementia caregivers.
