摘　　要：海绵城市建设和黑臭水体治理是当前我国新形势下城市建设与水环境治理的重大战略举措。径流污染控制、雨水调蓄利用系统、水生态保护是海绵城市建设和黑臭水体治理的共同建设需求,在项目建设中将二者有机结合,以此达到节约工程费用和充分发挥二者协同效益的目的。结合鸭涌河综合治理工程,从雨水收集、调蓄、净化、利用,河涌清淤及水生态修复等方面,探讨了海绵城市与黑臭水体治理共同建设的途径。Sponge city construction and malodorous black river treatment are significant strategic measures for urban construction and water environment treatment under new circumstances in China. Runoff pollution control, rainwater storage and utilization system and aquatic ecosystem protection are common demands for sponge city construction and malodorous black river treatment. An organic combina- tion of sponge city construction and malodorous black river treatment could save costs and give full play to their synergetic benefit. Approaches to common construction of sponge city and malodorous black river treatment projects were discussed in terms of rainwater collection, storage, purification, utilization, river dredging and ecological restoration in combination with Yachong River integrated treatment project.
