摘　　要：复元活血汤是临床常用古方,广泛用于骨伤科疾病、糖尿病、多种挫伤等的治疗,疗效显著。近年来许多研究者从各个方面探究了其对多种疾病的作用机制,但关于复元活血汤的临床应用及实验研究还未见具有总结性意义的综述报道。查阅近10年来有关复元活血汤的文献,整理并分析复元活血汤的临床应用及实验研究进展,为该方的现代化研究及拓宽其临床应用和为以该方为基础方的新药研究提供理论和实践依据。Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction,a frequently used decoction in traditional Chinese medicine,has been adopted in treating diseases in various fields,such as traumatological disorder,diabetes and contusion. In recent years,many researchers have exploring the mechanism from various aspects of its effect on many diseases,however,the meaningful and summary reviews of the clinical application and experimental study of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction have not been reported. In this paper,the research progress on clinical applications and experimental studies of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction are reviewed according to literatures of its in the past decade,providing the theoretical and practical reasons for its modernization research and broaden the clinical application of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction.
